I am certified and commissioned through the State of Colorado as a Notary Public. I am a proud member and insured through the National Notary Association.
I am offering a mobile notary service for your convenience to help busy professionals, individuals with mobility challenges or anyone in need of urgent notarizations.
I am bilingual and can help you in English or German.
I specialize in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Certification of Depositions, and General Notarizations.

Services

Notary Service Mon- Sat. 9-6 pm

Fee: $60 Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, East Boulder, North Broomfield, $70 West/North Boulder, Superior, Gunbarrel, South Broomfield, Niwot, Longmont Outside my regular service areas, please message for pricing. For notarization's during business hours Monday to Saturday. Includes travel to your location and one document notarization. Each additional notarization/stamp is $10.-. To expedite your appointment, please have the document completed before we meet unless the document says, 'do not fill it out prior to being present in front of a notary'. DO NOT sign or date the document. Please have a valid government identification available. No paper or digital IDs accepted. All signers and witnesses must be present at time of arrival! Please Note: We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. Our service fee will be due even if the notarization cannot be completed.

After Hours & Sunday Notary

Fee: $80.- Lafayette, $95.- for my other service areas. Outside of my regular service areas, please message for price. Includes travel to your location and one notarization. Each additional notarization/stamp is $10.- To expedite your appointment, please complete your document(s) before we meet unless the document says, 'do not fill it out prior to being present in front of a notary.' DO NOT sign or date the document. Late Night or Holiday notarizations may have an additional charge, depending on day and time. Please call for an exact quote. Please have a valid government identification. No paper or digital IDs accepted. All signers and witnesses must be present at time of arrival.

Late Fees

For every 10 minutes that the client or witnesses are late after a scheduled time, and/or the documents are not prepared, or the notarization is otherwise unable to proceed, a fee of $10 will be added to the service rate. Thank you for your understanding.
